Committees

Worship and Education:The Worship and Education Committee works with the Minister, the Organist-Music Director, the Director of the Youth Chorus, and the Church School Superintendent, to meet the needs of those attending our Worship Services, and to provide a safe learning experience for the children attending our Church School.
The children accompany their parents or caregivers in the Sanctuary for the first part of the Worship Service before leaving for their classes.

Mission:The members of the Mission Committee enjoy each other’s company as they meet monthly to give guidance and direction to the mission work of Knox Dundas.
Their many interests range from encouraging and managing gifts to the Food Bank in Dundas, to participating in the region-wide service by the Wesley Centre in Hamilton, to assisting the Eco Churches of West Hamilton to produce regular environmental newsletters.
Organizing popular concerts held in our more than a century-old Church Sanctuary is also aimed to serve the needs of our community.

Finance and Maintenance: This group of dedicated people is responsible for the care and maintenance of our three buildings, the financial affairs of Knox, and to liaise with “Today’s Family”, our day care centre, that is located in our buildings.
